This week Jordan Prangnell, Ligentia UK Customer Experience Manager, was awarded ‘Young Logistics Professional of the Year’ at the FTA Multimodal Awards 2018.

Jordan began working for Ligentia whilst studying and continued his Ligentia employment following his graduation. Beginning with a role within the solutions team, Jordan’s focus has always been to deliver continued improvement to customer’s supply chain operations. Last year Jordan was given the opportunity to work in Hong Kong to support the Ligentia commercial and operations teams throughout peak season.

This year Jordan progressed to a role within the newly formed ‘Customer Experience Team’. This global team are part of Ligentia’s ‘Customer Programme’ as the business strives to deliver an outstanding customer service within the global logistics industry.
