Tri-Log International, Innovative Quality Logistics, and Uwe Marx Transporte offer sea and air freight forwarding services, trucking, transport brokerage, cargo security checks, and customs clearance

Germany-based freight services provider CHI Group has acquired shares in three companies in the Hamburg metropolitan area primarily offer sea and air freight forwarding services as well as trucking services, transport brokerage, cargo security checks, and customs clearance.
The three Hamburg business, Tri-Log International GmbH, Innovative Quality Logistics GmbH, and Uwe Marx Transporte GmbH, employ around 100 staff and operate a fleet of over 50 vehicles, along with three warehouses in Norderstedt and directly at Hamburg Airport.
“With the stake in the three companies in Hamburg, we are expanding our network and are now able to offer our customers all services of the CHI Group in northern Germany in addition to the stations in Frankfurt, Nuremberg, and Munich,” explained Dominik Mißkampf – who, alongside Emil Djurov and Robert Michler, was appointed to the companies’ management boards.

The partnership enables us to augment our existing service portfolio for customers throughout Germany with the numerous services of the CHI Group.”
The CHI Group was founded in 1994 at Frankfurt airport and offers a range of air freight handling services: handling of freight forwarders and airlines, local and long-distance transport, security of shipments, customs clearance, and the handling and transport of pharmaceutical products. In addition to the station in Frankfurt, CHI operates stations in Nuremberg and Munich, and is now also active in the Hamburg metropolitan area.
It operates warehouse facilities “with state-of-the-art infrastructure” and employs some 1,200 qualified and experienced staff and is AEO, TAPA as well as GDP certified.
