Digital booking and distribution platform says new VP of Customer Success is a significant step for CargoAi on its mission to digitalize the air cargo industry

Air cargo digital booking and rate distribution platform CargoAi has appointed Frédéric Bazin as Vice President of Customer Success, describing it as “a significant step” on its “mission to digitalize the air cargo industry”.
Having been in the airline industry for twenty years, CargoAi said Bazin had “gained solid air freight experience within high profile airlines such as Air France/KLM’s Cargo and, more recently, Qatar Airways Cargo with a strong emphasis on Operational Excellence, Revenue Optimization and Customer Satisfaction”.
It said Bazin “is looking forward to making the most of his previous experience and thorough understanding of customer expectations to support CargoAi’s vision which he shares with great enthusiasm”.
