Awery integrates dangerous goods software into its Enterprise Resource Planning platform continuing its strategy of partnering with tech providers to speed-up air cargo digitisation

Awery Aviation Software (Awery) has partnered with DGOffice B.V. to incorporate its Notification to Captain (NOTOC) module into its platform, providing customers with instant dangerous goods documentation compliance.

DGOffice software provides users with all required information to prepare shipments in accordance with the International Civil Aviation Organization (ICAO) and the International Air Transport Association (IATA) dangerous goods guidelines including regulations, documentation, and packing.

“By partnering with DGOffice we are able to further streamline and digitise the booking process,” said Tristan Koch, Chief Commercial Officer (CCO), Awery.

“Awery’s Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) platform provides full cargo management capabilities to airlines including real-time information on capacity and routings facilitating an instant search, quote, compare, and book solution via a customer portal, by email, or Application Programming Interface (API).

“The addition of an integrated auto NOTOC feature is another important milestone in our development.”

Standard procedure requires that an aircraft captain must be notified of any dangerous goods that have been loaded and, furthermore, the loading position of such shipments.

Earlier this year, Awery announced a partnership with IBS Software (IBS) which allowed it to deliver its CargoBooking and eMagic software platforms to IBS’ iCargo customers.
